摘要
以翻白草全草为实验材料,用70%的乙醇为溶剂,采用超声波环流提取方法对翻白草进行粗提取,再用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇依次对提取液进行萃取,减压干燥得到提取产物。测定萃取产物黄酮的含量,结果显示,用乙酸乙酯萃取翻白草活性成分效果最好。
The ethanol (70%) was used to refine Poterntilla by super voice waving-circulation. The refined production was extracted with using petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol, then gotten the production by torrefying. The experiment results showed that was best to refine the active substance of Poterntilla by examining the content of flavonoid in the extracted oroduct.
