摘要 对富硒灵芝中可溶性硒蛋白的提取工艺进行了系统的研究。利用单因素实验,对各实验参数进行了选择,得出提取工艺为:提取温度60℃,料液比1∶40,提取时间8h,提取次数3次。在单因素实验基础上,进行了四因素三水平的正交实验,得出了提取的最佳条件为:9h、pH9.0、料液比1∶35、温度60℃,此条件下,可溶性蛋白提取的得率可达到51.65%。 The extraction process of soluble selenium-containing protein of Ganoderma lucidum was studied. The conditions determined by single factor tests were described as follows: pH 9,the extraction was taken at 60℃ for 8h, the ratio of raw material to water was 1 :40(W/V) ,then the extraction was repeated 3 times. The results showed that the optimal conditions of extraction were. pH 9, extraction temperature 60℃, ration of raw material to water 1:30. Under these optimized conditions,the yield of soluble selenium-containing protein was 51.65%.
