摘要
随着肉类工业的日益发展,动物骨头也随之大量增加,充分开发、利用动物骨头受到人们越来越多的重视,尤其是将骨头制成骨粉,并通过各种方法提高其营养价值成为了研究热点。本文对骨粉的营养特性、加工方法以及应用和发展趋势作了简单综述。
By the development of meal industry,the quantity of animal bone is much more. So the processing and application of animal bone has been placed a premium on,and especially bone flour's processing and nutrition, which have been researched as a popular problem. The study expounded simply the nutrition properties, processing methods and application of animal bone.
