摘要 以UG/NX平台为支撑,结合基于知识的设计理念与方法,在开放性知识库、工艺特征模型技术、RCCR推理模式和DFV模具结构设计平台等关键技术的基础上,成功地完成基于知识的挤压工艺及模具设计系统的开发,并以具体实例说明该系统的工艺和模具设计过程。RCCR推理技术和DFV辅助平台的应用,大幅度提高了系统的运行效率。 Based on the design concept and method of knowledge based engineering, the extrusion process and die intelligent design system was developed on the platform of UG/NX. Key technologies such as open knowledge base, feature modeling, reasoning algorithms combining case-based reasoning & rule-based reasoning and DFV(design for variety) - based die structure design platform were researched. Especially, the application of RCCR reasoning mode and DFV-aided techniques significantly improve the process and die design efficiency. Design for the selected case was conducted to demonstrate the functionalities.
