摘要
分析了3-TPS混联机床在实现五轴联动加工时的非线性误差,给出了采用自适应线性法减小非线性误差的方法。所得出的非线性误差表达式具有一定的通用性,可以对三维意义下的刀具包络成形误差进行估计。研制的3-TPS混联机床可以实现复杂零件的三轴联动(立式、卧式),四轴联动及五轴联动加工。
The analysis of nonlinear errors of the 3- TPS hybrid machine tool on 5- axis machining and the reduction of the error by self-adaptation linearization were introduced herein. The obtained formula for nonlinear errors can be used in different situations and to estimate three- dimensional cutter evelope forming error. The 3-TPS hybrid machine tool can achieve 3- axis, 4- axis, 5- axis, vertical and horizontal machining.
