摘要 在通用BOM的基础上引入事物特性表,将类和特性的思想相结合建立产品配置模型。模型中的零部件被抽象为构件类,构件类中封装一个事物特性表对象属性,事物特性表中定义了构件类的各种特性。零部件之间的相互关系转化为构件类的事物特性表的特性之间的约束、关联关系及参数传递。该产品配置模型能使产品设计方法与软件实现有机结合,便于产品配置软件系统和开发应用。 Based on the GBOM(generic bill of materials), a product configuration model was established by adopting tabular layout of article characteristics(SML). In the model,every part or assembly was abstracted as a component,every component encapsulated a SML to define various characteristics of the component. The relationships among the parts or assembles were transferred to the constraints, associative relations and parameter propagating of the characteristics of the SML. The model is devoted to the development and application of product configuration software by combining product deign method and software implementation.
