摘要
借助傅里叶级数数学工具,对RCCC机构的输出函数进行了深入研究。发现了输出函数的谐波特征参数与机构尺寸参数的内在联系,找出了影响转角输出函数的谐波特征参数和位移输出函数的谐波特征参数的机构尺寸参数,从而确定了机构的基本尺寸型,在此基础上建立了包括几千万组基本尺寸型在内的数值图谱库,给出了函数综合的步骤,解决了RCCC机构的函数综合问题,并通过实例证明了所提方法的有效性。
The input-output function of the RCCC mechanism was studied by using Fourier series method. The relationship between the harmonic component of the input-output function and the dimensional type of the RCCC mechanism was discovered. The basic dimensional type was determined by finding out the dimensions of the mechanism which had effect on the harmonic component of the input-output function. The numerical Atlas database comprising fifty millions basic dimensional types were set up. Through setting up the numerical Atlas database and gave the concrete steps of function generator, made the function synthesis of RCCC mechanism be possible. Finally, an example was given to verify the feasibility and the validity of the approach.
