摘要
空调螺钉采用在真空条件下高温淬火+低温回火工艺(淬火温度为1 050℃,回火温度为200℃),淬火介质为高压压缩空气。对热处理后的螺钉进行显微组织观察和分析,并结合该螺钉的材质分析结果,说明该螺钉采用的热处理工艺能使其获得平衡态组织,达到了产品塑性、韧性和耐腐蚀性的最佳配合要求。
The air condition screws were heat-treated in vacuum furnace, in which the quenching temperature was 1 050℃ and the tempering temperature was 200℃, and the quenching medium was compressive air. The microstructure of screws was observed and analyzed. The results showed that, the processing prompt screw to form the balance microstructure, and finally obtained optimized plastic, toughness and corrosion resistance.
