摘要 动态转矩测量的关键技术之一是转矩传感器的动态标定,而这需要高精度的动态转矩加载设备。研制高精度变频变幅的转矩加载设备是急待突破的技术难题。文中对一种基于电磁力定律的转矩加载器变频变幅转矩进行了振动分析,即建立力学模型、求解位移响应、幅频相频分析及振动合成。理论分析表明:降低感应电流产生电磁转矩的次振动和凸显直流电流产生的电磁转矩的主振动,会极大提高转矩加载器的加载精度和拓宽加载频率范围。同时给出了减小感应电流的措施,为动态转矩加载器的设计提供了可靠的理论基础。 One of the key techniques of dynamic torque measurement is the dynamic calibration of torsional sensor. Thus the apparatus of high precision dynamic torque loader should be needed. The development of high precision torque loader apparatus with accurate variable frequency and variable amplitude is a technological difficult problem to be urgently surmounted. This paper carried through a vibration analysis on the torque of variable frequency and variable amplitude of a kind of electromagnetic force law based torque loader. It is namely to establish the mechanics model, to solve the displacement response, the analysis of mpiitude frequency and phase frequency and the vibration synthesis. Theoretical analysis showed that lowering the secondary vibration of electromagnetic torque produced by the induction current and giving prominence to the principal vibration of electromagnetic torque produced by direct current will greatly enhance the loading accuracy of the torque loader and broaden the range of loading frequency. And at the same time measures for reducing the induction current was presented thus the reliable theoretical basis was provided for the design of dynamic torque loader.
