摘要
以应用在煤化工行业的往复式活塞隔膜泵上的行程为450mm、最大活塞力为500kN的组合式三曲拐轴为例,阐述了组合式三曲拐轴强度分析计算方法,进行了单曲拐轴与连接件的疲劳强度、组合式三曲拐轴的固有动态特性和连接件间隙撞击强度的分析计算,得出了相应的结论。
Taking the combination typed tri-crankshaft with a throw of 450 mm and a maximum piston force of 500 kN applied to reciprocal piston typed diaphragm pump of coalification industry as an example to elaborate its strength analytic calculation method. The analytical calculations were carried through on the fatigue strength of the single crankshaft and the connecting pieces, on the inherent dynamic characteristics of combination typed tri-crankshaft and on the impact strength due to connecting pieces clearance. The corresponding results were thus educed.
