试论区域林业产业集群培育与林业循环发展模式构建

On Regional Forestry Industry Cluster Development and Forestry Cycle Mode Establishment

林业是福建南平的传统优势产业和支柱产业，南平林业尚处于低度化发展阶段。应通过培育木竹制品产业集群、纸业产业集群、旅游产业集群，来提高南平林业的竞争优势；同时应借助林业产业结构调整，大力发展循环林业经济，促进南平林业产业结构优化和可持续发展。

As a traditionally advantageous backbone industry, the forestry industry is still in a early period of development. To realize the sustained high-degree development, the industry clusters of wooden and bamboo products, paper and tourism should be cultivated to boost the competitive advantage of Nanping＇s forestry. Therefore, the concerned government departments of Nanping city should play positive roles. On the other hand, while taking the advantage of building recycled forestry products circulation and adjusting forestry industry structure, make greater effort to develop the recycled forestry industry, so as to promote the high quality of Nanping＇ s forestry industry structure and its sustained development.
