摘要 用高效液相色谱法同时测定虎杖中白藜芦醇、白藜芦醇苷和游离大黄素含量。色谱柱为Waters Symmetry C18柱(3.9mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为0.015mol·L-1 H3PO4-甲醇,流速为0.5mL·min-1,检测波长为284nm。样品采用乙醇-水(1+1)溶液和乙酸乙酯提取。江西产虎杖样品中白藜芦醇、白藜芦醇苷和游离大黄素的回收率分别为97.9%,96.1%,95.6%,相对标准偏差小于5%。 HPLC with gradient elution, was applied to the simultaneous determination of resveratrol, polydation and free emodin in polygonum cuspidatum. Waters symmetry C18 column (3. 9 min×150 ram, 5μm) was used as chromatographic column. Mobile phase used was a mixed solution containing methanol and diL phosphoric acid [CH3PO4 : 0. 015 mol·L^-1] and a flow-rate of 0. 5 mL·min^-1 was used in the elution. UV-detection at 284 nm was used in the determination. Pre-treatment of sample was performed by ultrasonic extraction with ethanol-H2O (1+1) and followed by 2 successive extraction with ethylacetate. Recovery was tested for resveratrol, polydatin and ftee emodin in polygonum cuspidatum grown in Jiangxi provicince, and the results obtained were 97. 9%, 96. 1% and 95. 6% respectively, with RSD's less than 5%.
