摘要 用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了在菏泽种植的牡丹花中的6种金属元素(铜、锌、铁、锰、镍、钴),牡丹花样品经烘干、灰化及灼烧,用硝酸(2+98)浸取并溶解残渣。用6种元素的标准溶液制作了各自的标准曲线,所得线性回归方程的相关系数在0.9937至0.9990之间。在紫牡丹样品的基础上加入一定量6种元素的标准溶液作回收试验,得到回收率在99.0%~105.3%之间,基于所得分析结果,对本地产牡丹的开发利用作了简要探讨。 Six metal elements, i e. , Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn, Ni and Co, in peony grown in He'ze were determined by FAAS. Peony sample was ashed, ignited and the residue was taken up with HNO3 (2+98). Standard curves of the 6 elements were prepared by using the respective standard solutions, and linear relationships with correlation coefficients in the range from 0. 993 7 to 0. 999 0, were obtained. Recoveries, obtained by standard addition method, were in the range of 99.0%- 105. 3%. On the base of the analytical results, a brief discussion on the exploitation of peony was given.
