摘要
组织传播理论模式是研究者对组织活动的观察、理解、分析的方式和假设。在对美国几种有影响的"传播-组织"、"平衡"、"学派-过程"等组织传播理论模式比较研究的基础上,本文提出并论证了具有本土语境特征的组织传播"结构-关系"模式。结构是深藏于组织内部各要素的组合形式,以对组织传播特征的控制暗示着组织的价值与信念;关系是渗透在组织传播复杂多样过程中的意义交流,是掌握本土组织传播多维面向的基本方式。
The theoretical patterns involve investigation, comprehension, analysis and assumption of organizational activities. Based on the comparison and contrast among "communication-organization", "balance""school-process" theories, the authors propose and testify their"structure-relationship pat- tern". Structure is a form of compositions rooted in the organization, implying the value and belief with their organizational control. Relationship, the significance communication penetrating in complicated process, is the basic mode of multi-dimension orientation.
