本文分析了产生纺丝上油不匀、油剂腐败的原因及对POY、DTY加工带来的影响，并提出了控制上油不匀、腐败、上油率的具体措施，指出必须高度重视油剂工序的管理。

This article analyzed the causes resulting in spinning finishing unevenness, finish corruption and the influence of the processing of POY and DTY under them. Some measures to control the spinning finishing unevenness, corruption and finish ratio are proposed. It is necessary to pay ample attention to the management of finish procedure.
