摘要
以GC/MS分析常山胡柚果皮油香气成分,鉴定出叶醇、乙醇α-蒎烯、薴烯、γ-松油烯、辛醛、癸醛,香芹醛、香紫苏醛、乙酸香叶酯、石竹烯、金合欢醇、甜橙醛、圆柚酮等五十五个成分。
The aroma components of Changshan grapefruits were analyzed by GC/MS. The results show that the fragrant components are leaf alcohol, limenene, r-terpinene, decanal,carvone, perilaldehyde, geranyl acetate, caryophyllene, sinensal, nootkatone.
