摘要
用政进的方法合成了甘氨酸、丙氨酸、苯丙氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸水杨醛席夫碱及其与镍()的配合物,通过元素分析、摩尔电导、磁化率、红外光谱、电子光谱等进行了表征,实验发现,配合物的抗菌活性忧于配体的抗菌活性。
AbstractN-salicylideneamino acids and their complexes with Ni (Ⅱ)have been synthesized with improved method and characterized. Experiments show that the antibacterial activity of complexes is superior to thatof ligands.
