原发性输卵管癌的基础及临床研究 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨原发性输卵管癌的临床特征、病理学特征及鉴别诊断。方法应用常规病理方法观察2例原发性输卵管癌并复习相关文献。结果组织学特点是输卵管上皮粘膜全部或部分被癌组织代替。癌细胞与输卵管粘膜上皮类似。病损以输卵管粘膜为主体,周围管壁肌层和输卵管系统淋巴无或极少累及。结论原发性输卵管癌生物学特征是具有侵袭性的恶性肿瘤,可以浸润肌层甚至周围器官,也可造成转移,并可同结核等其他炎性疾病并存。
