摘要
采用自制的催化剂、改性MDI、普通聚醚多元醇和扩链剂，通过设计特定的配方和强化工艺条件研制了能够在1min内脱模的RIM制品，探讨了影响脱模性的主要因素。
A PU-RIM product that can be demoulded within one minute was prepared from polyether polyol, Chain-extender, special catalysts and modified MDI, and adopting enhenced processing conditions. The major influence factors upon demoulding are discussed
