摘要
采用普通的电子陶瓷工艺制备了ＰｂＯ－ＳｒＯ－ＢａＯ－Ｎｂ２Ｏ５（ＰＳＢＮ）系统铁电陶瓷，研究了不同的预烧温度对ＰＳＢＮ陶瓷介电性能的影响。
Using general electronic ceramic technology,PbO-SrO-BaO-Nb 2O 5(PSBN) system ferroelectric ceramic was prepared.The effect of presintering temperature on the dielectric properties of PSBN system ceramic was studied.
