摘要
本文首次利用柠檬酸法合成了SrLaxFe12-xO19超微粉末。用X射线衍射仪,Mossbauer谱,振动样品磁强计,透射电子显微镜等仪器对粉末的结构、性能及形貌进行表征。考察了合成条件对性能的影响。结果表明,La3+可以明显提高SrFe12O19的磁学性能,在x=0.3,即SrLa0.3Fe11.7O19,其粉末的矫顽力达到517.4kA/m(6500Oe),比饱和磁化强度σs为71.
In this paper,SrLa xFe 12-x O 19 ultrafine powders were synthesized by citrate method.Their structure,properties and forms were studied by means of X-ray diffractormeter,Mossbauer spectra,vibrating sample magnetometer,transition electron microgragh,etc.The results have shown that La 3+ ion can obviously improve the magnetic properties of SrFe 12 O 19 When x=0.3,it gives SrLa 0.3 Fe 11.7 O 19 .The coercive force is 517.4kA/m(6500 Oe) and specific saturation magnetization(σ s) is 71.43 emug/g.
