摘要
以胜利炼厂石油焦、常压渣油为原料制备了石油焦基浆液燃料。实验考察了不同分散剂对其稳定性的影响;温度、焦浓度、原料性质及剪切速度、时间等条件对其流变性的影响。微液滴水的存在对浆液燃料性质有明显的影响;添加适量的水,在不明显降低燃烧热的情况下可以改善燃烧性能。
In order to replace the oil - fired in boilers and to utilize the petroleum coke, a new fuel - petroleum coke -based slurry (coke oil slurry, COS) is developed. The rheology of and the influence of temperature, concentration, shear time and the minute drip of water on COS' rheological characters are investigated. The results shown that water could advanced the COS' burning capability. The research results provide theoretical basis for COS used as boilers fuel.
