摘要
零/部件版本管理是各种产品数据管理系统的重要组成部分。基于机械产品构成的层次性以及产品设计制造过程关系的特点,产品数据库中以树方式存贮产品零/部件的结构信息,记录零/部件的各种设计修改时间。基于时间的单向性设置时间戳,生成产品配置树时,通过时间戳从产品数据库中截取各层次的子件,动态形成部件版本。避免了版本组合爆炸的问题,而且所产生的产品配置树符合生产实际需要。该方法算法结构简单,效率较高,已应用于企业产品数据管理系统中。
Parts version control plays an important role in a Product Data Management( PDM )system. Production information is stored in production database with tree data structures as the reason of the hierarchy of production structure and the relation between design process and production process. The time when one of parts is modified in every design processes is recorded to the production database. Time stamp is made for time direction. Version of parts is dynamically made of children parts of all levels that intercepted by the time stamp from the production database. The problem of version combination exploded is solved in the method. The method has been used in a PDM system as more efficiently and with simply data structure.
