摘要
热应力所产生的变形量在总热变形量中占有一定的比例,对其计算非常重要。针对孔型零件热变形经典计算方法仅考虑自然热膨胀的问题,提出一种孔型零件热变形预测计算的新方法。该方法借助有限元软件数值分析结果,对工作状态下影响孔型零件热变形误差的主要因素进行分析,建立热变形的预测及误差修正公式。该方法可以在热变形量预测、精密机械的误差补偿中使用,具有理论和实际指导价值。
Thermal stress deformation,is important to the total thermal deformation, shall be calculated in proportion to it. Classical method to calculate thermal deformation of hollowed parts only consider cause of natural thermal expansion. One new method to predict thermal deformation of hollow piece is put forward. The major causes to influence thermal deformation of hollow piece is analyzed by this method through finite element numerical computation, and fomulation of error forecasting and correction is established. The new method count for great in thermal deformation prediction and error compensation of precision machinery, and it has great practical and theoretical value.
