摘要 采用MSC.M arc三维大变形热力耦合弹塑性有限元软件和接触分析技术,对Φ7.5mm的钛合金棒材四机架连轧过程进行有限元仿真。对轧件的宽展、应力分布、轧制力和轧制力矩进行分析,并在模拟的基础上进行试验验证。模拟结果与现场记录的数据十分吻合,不仅为本工艺试验提供理论依据,也为进一步的生产研究提供有价值的技术储备。 The three-dimensional deformation of Φ7.5mm Ti alloy rod during hot continuous Y type rolling with four pass has been simulated by means of MSC. Marc three dimensional thermal-mechanical coupled elasticoplastic Finite Element Method (FEM) and contact analysis technology. Spread, stress distribution, rolling force and torque of rod are analyzed and experiments are been on basis of simulation. The simulation results are in good agreement with the log data. Not only the theoretical foundation has been offered for experiments, but also technical reserve has been provided for further industry research.
