摘要 摇臂是摩托车后悬挂系统的重要零/部件,其强度和刚度对摩托车的操纵性和安全性有重要影响。对摩托车摇臂的实际受力情况进行分析,研究摇臂强度和刚度的计算方法。以某型号摩托车为例,建立摇臂有限元模型,对其强度和刚度进行理论分析计算。建立摇臂强度刚度测试试验台,对其强度、刚度进行试验测试,验证有限元模型及分析的正确性。结果表明扭转破坏是摇臂破坏的主要形式,摇臂扭转刚度是非常重要的性能指标,对摇臂的结构设计和优化具有重要的指导意义。 Rockerarm is an important part of the motorcycle rear suspension system, and its strength and siffness have an importent effect on the grand handling and security. Through analyzing the reality stress condition of the motorcycle rockerarm, the method of how to conclude strength and stiffness is proposed. Take some type of motorcycle for example,built its FE model of the rockerarm, and then the strength and stiffness are calculated in theory. Enentually, to verify the theoretical model and analyse, a new strength and stiffness test experimental bench is build for motorcycle rockerarm and its strength and stiffness have been test. And the experimental results indicate that torsion failure is the key failure and torsional stiffness is an important performance index to the structural design and optimization of the rockerarm.
