Based on the theory of Integrated Monitoring and Distributed Control,use Personal Computer(PC) and Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) to structure two cascades minotoring control system.The problem of precision real-time measuring of accumulation volume uneven velocity of flow of fluid is solved.The principle,structure,function and application to industry of this system are introduced.
