彩色多普勒超声在颈部血管疾病检查中的价值

Clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound for diagnosis of neck blood vessel

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在颈部血管疾病检查中的价值。方法回顾总结彩色多普勒超声诊断颈部血管疾病56例。结果56例患者中,彩色多普勒超声诊断颈动脉粥样硬化51例,颈动脉扭曲3例,颈动脉体瘤2例。所有患者均经上级医院进一步检查或手术、病理证实。结论彩色多普勒超声检查颈部血管疾病,方便、无创、准确性高,可作为颈部血管疾病的首选检查方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical appliment of color Doppler ultrasound for diagnosis of neck - blood - vessel. Methods Reviewed and Summed up the fifty - six cases of neck blood vessel diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound. Results Of the fifty - six cases, fifty - one were diagnosed with the disease of carotid of atherosclerosis, and three cases of carotid twist, and another two with carotid with body tumor,besides all the patients went to higher level hospital for further advanced check,or receive operation,As a result,they all got the pathological confirmation. Conclusion It is convenient for the application of color Doppler uhrasonography in examing the disease of neck blood vessel,it can also be used repeatedly yet without any side effect. In a word ,color Doppler uhrasonography can be used as the first -chosen check- up method for the disease of neck blood vessel.
