血清抗氧化型低密度脂蛋白抗体、高敏C反应蛋白与糖尿病肾病的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨抗氧化型低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)抗体、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与糖尿病肾病的关系。方法测定60例正常对照组,32例正常蛋白尿组,30例微量蛋白尿组,31例临床肾病组患者血清OX-LDL抗体、hs-CRP的浓度,并作相关性分析。结果糖尿病患者血清OX-LDL抗体、hs-CRP高于正常对照组(P<0.01);在糖尿病组中,随着尿蛋白排泄率的增多,OX-LDL抗体及hs-CRP水平也随之增加,各组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。且OX-LDL抗体与hs-CRP呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论血清OX-LDL抗体、hs-CRP在糖尿病及其肾病组中明显升高,可作为糖尿病肾病发生、发展的重要指标。 Objective To study the relationship between antibody anginst oxidized low density lipoprotein (Ab -OX- LDL), high sensitivity C - reactive protein ( hs - CRP) and diabetic nephropathy. Methods Sixty normal controls and 93 patients with type 2 diabetes were recruited. On the basis of urine albumin excretion rate ( UAER), patients were divided into three groups : normal albuminuria ( n = 32 ) , microalbuminuria ( n = 30) , clinical albuminuria ( n = 31 ). The serum level of Ab - OX - LDL and hs - CRP were tested. Results The serum level of Ab - OX - LDL and hs - CRP were higher in diabetic patients than those in normal controls( P 〈0.01 ). In diabetic patients, serum Ab- OX- LDL and hs- CRP were increased with UAER. The difference among three groups were significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). Serum Ab - OX - LDL was in positive correlation with hs - CRP (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Serum Ab - OX - LDL and hs - CRP are elevated in diabetes and diabetic nephropathy. Both are important factors in the development of diabetic nephropathy.
