On the Historic Significance of Nation-states in the Context of Globalization

1500年以后,凭借经济技术与历史空间的转换,世界历史以其特定的方式,构成了全球化语境。然而,由于全球化的存在方式更多地超越了历史思想与经济技术的界域,以意识形态的方式将世界历史向着现代殖民扩张的方向推进,因此,世界历史必须回到马克思的民族国家理论,以便消解作为意识形态的全球化问题,重建公正与平等的现代社会,使现代民族国家在世界历史进程中走上多元均衡、和谐发展的道路。

After 1500, with the conversion of economic technique and history space, the world history constituted globalization language with its particular way. However, because the existence method of globalization has surmounted history thought and economic technical boundary and has pushed world history toward the direction of colonial expansion, the world history has to return to the nation-state theory of Karl Marx, in order to rebuild a fair and equal modern society, in order to make the modern nation-states move on the road of harmonious development.
