摘要
制备由硅铝酸盐凝胶组成的、用于以高岭土为主要原料合成4A沸石的晶化导向剂;考察导向剂制备的原料组成范围、胶化和陈化时间等条件.将组成为10Na2O·Al2O3·5SiO2·370H2O、经70℃、0.5h胶化及50℃、35h陈化所得导向剂以3%(以干基沸石计)加入用高岭土合成4A沸石系统中,使晶化时间缩短到1.5h,且产物的结晶度高,粒度均匀(90%以上≤1.5μm),Ca2+交换能力达304.3mgCaCO3/g沸石.
A kind of directing agent with the component of aluminosilicate was prepared and used to the synthesising zeolite 4A from kaolin. The ratio of components and processing conditions in gelling and ageing were optimized. A useful directing agent can be obtained from the mixture consisting of 10Na 2O\5Al 2O 3\55SiO 2\5370H 2O by gelling for 0.5 h at the temperature 70 ℃and ageing for 35 h at 50 ℃. Zeolite 4A products with high crystallinity were synthesized using kaolin as main raw material by adding the directing agent 3 %(zeolite wt %) into the reacting mixture. The crystallization time was decreased to 1.5 h. The product with grain size less 1.5 μm is more than 90 % and the exchange capacity of calcium ion is 304.3 mgCaCo 3/g zeolite.
