摘要
将白炭黑脱酸工艺由原来干热空气脱酸改为湿热空气脱酸,并进行对比实验,取得实验数据.介绍湿热空气脱酸的优越性:即脱酸所用时间短、减少产品中人为加入的杂质.运用吸附理论,讨论干热空气脱酸和湿热空气脱酸两种不同脱酸方法的差异.
The deacidification of producing silica was investigated in technical scale. Deacidification was carried out with wet hot air instead of dry hot air. As the percentage of moisture was 0.002 and the temperature of air was 350 ℃, the deacidification result was obtained satisfactorily. Compared with the old process, the new technique shortens operating time and decreases amount of impurity. According to the absorption theory, the difference of deacidification between wet hot air and dry hot air was also discussed.
