摘要
目的探讨雄激素对阴茎组织中TGF-β mRNA的调控作用。方法将30只成年雄性大鼠随机分为3组(去势组、对照组、丙酸睾酮组),去势组与丙酸睾酮组分别切除双侧睾丸,其中丙酸睾酮组在切除睾丸后给予丙酸睾酮替代,于术后3周取阴茎组织,用PCR检测其TGF-β mRNA的表达。结果去势组TGF-β mRNA的表达较其它两组增强,而表现TGF-β mRNA减弱的组,由少到多依次为对照组、丙酸睾酮组;对照组、丙酸睾酮组其TGF-β mRNA内控量较少,与去势组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论雄激素可能通过调节TGF-β mRNA表达而在阴茎勃起中发挥重要作用。
Objective To investigate the function of testosterone in adjustment and control of TGF- β mRNA in penile tissue. Methods Thirty mature male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: unoperated controls, castrates and castrates with testosterone replacement. Three weeks after castration, TGF- β mRNA in the penile tissue were detected with PCR technique. Results Compared with control and castrates given testosterone replacement group, the TGF- β mRNA in castrates was the strongest in terms of the sxteat of TGF- β mRNA castrates given testosterone replacement group was greater than in ternally controlled amounts of TGF- β mRNA in the penile tissue, control, castrates with testosterone replacement were significant lower than castrates group (P〈0.01). Conclusion Testosterone plays an important role in penile erection through regulating TGF- β mRNA.
