摘要
为了探讨空心阴极等离子烧结方法应用于烧结难熔金属粉末制品的可行性及工艺特点,选用纯钨粉末样品进行了空心阴极等离子烧结试验。结果表明:在烧结过程中通过合理控制工艺条件,可以获得高的截面收缩率和致密度的烧结试样。在合适的工艺条件下,所烧结的样品密度达到17.9g/cm3,晶粒度为5级。空心阴极等离子烧结方法适宜于难熔金属纯钨粉末样品的烧结。
The hollow cathode plasma sintering process of pure tungsten powder samples was performed for researching the feasibility and characteristics of refractory metals sintering by hollow cathode discharge. The results show that the high shrinkage ratio and density of the sintering samples can be obtained through adjusting all kinds of right technological conditions. The density and the crystalline granularity of the sintering samples are 17.9 g/cm^3 and 5 grade respectively under the right technological conditions. The hollow cathode plasma sintering process is fit for refractory metals sintering.
