摘要
在工业生产的规模上研究了缩短生化制品冻干时间的问题,并对降温速度、加热速度和系统压力对冻干时间的影响进行讨论.在实验基础上改进了冻干工艺条件.人白细胞干扰素的冻干时间从38h减少到24h.
Decreasement of freeze drying time of biochemical product was investigated in technical scale. The influence of the rate of decreasing temperature, the rate of heating and the pressure of system on the freeze drying time was discussed. On the basis of the result of experiments, some process conditions were improved. Finally,the freeze drying time of interferon of human leukocyte is decreased from 38 h to 24 h.
