摘要
对AZ31镁合金板进行了搅拌摩擦加工,研究了其工艺参数(不同轴肩尺寸和旋转速度)对搅拌区和热机影响区组织的影响。结果表明,轴肩尺寸和旋转速度对加工组织影响较大,采用合适的轴肩尺寸和旋转速度可以有效地细化加工组织,获得较好的力学性能。
Friction stir processing was conducted on AZ31 magnesium alloy plate. The effect of the processing parameter (size of shoulder, rotary speed) on the microstructure of stir zone and thermal mechanical zone was studied. The results indicate that the size of shoulder and the rotary speed have greatly effect on the structure of friction stir processed zone. The appropriate size of shoulder and rotary speed can effectively fine the structure of processing zone and obtain the better mechanical performance.
