摘要 多孔金属是近10年迅速发展起来的一种结构和功能一体化的新型工程材料。泡沫铝属于多孔金属中的一种,具有很好的环境功能特性,无毒、美观且可回收,应用前景广阔。泡沫铝的制备方法有很多,可分为液相法、固相法和沉积法三大类。详细介绍了泡沫铝的各种液相制备技术及生产研究现状,对制备技术中现存的一些问题作了简略概括,并提出了今后努力的方向。 The porous metals are a new style of engineering materials with structural arid functional properties and has been developed rapidly in the recent decade. The aluminum foam is one of them, which are reeyelable and possesses good environmental function (nontoxic and beautiful-looking) and its application prospect in industry is very broad. There are various preparation methods of aluminum foams and these methods can be failed into three broad classes: liquid-phase method, solid-state method and deposition method. The various liquid preparation techniques of aluminum foam as well as its production and current research situation are introduced. Finally, the existing problem of various preparation techniques of aluminum foam are briefly summed and the direction for further research is pointed out.
