急性白血病患者感染的临床特点和经验性抗感染治疗 被引量：5

摘要 感染是急性白血病患者常见并发症，也是主要死亡原因之一。随着高强度化疗方案的推广，包括抗感染措施在内的支持治疗对保障化疗安全进行，提高急性白血病患者疗效尤为重要。我们回顾性总结急性白血病患者感染的临床特点，重点对致病菌的菌群分布及药敏特征、经验性抗感染治疗方案的选择及其疗效进行了分析。
