摘要
采用均匀正交设计UL9(34)分析了6-BA,IBA,蔗糖不同浓度及其组合对长柄扁桃继代培养的影响。结果表明,3种因素的作用大小依次为:6-BA>蔗糖>IBA,适于继代增殖的培养基为G+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+IBA 0 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L,适于继代成苗的培养基为G+6-BA 0.2 mg/L+IBA 0.4 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L。
The effects of 6-BA, IBA and sucrose in different concentrations and combinations on subculture of Amygdalus pedunculata were analyzed by using uniform orthogonal design UL9 (3^4). The results showed that the effective order of three factors was 6-BA〉Sucrose〉IBA. The G supplemented with 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + IBA 0 mg/L + Sucrose 30 g/L was suitable for multiplication of subculture and G supplemented with 6-BA 0.2 mg/L + IBA 0.4 mg/L + Sucrose 30 g/L was suitable for grow into seedlings of subculture.
