摘要
利用酵母菌对高浓度果汁废水进行了好氧生化降解试验。正交试验结果表明,采用微孔曝气处理方式,在酵母菌接种量为20%,温度30℃,pH 5.0,处理时间48 h的条件下,果汁废水CODcr去除率可达94%以上,回收酵母干菌2.8 g/L。该工艺既可去除果汁废水中的CODcr,又能回收一定量的酵母细胞蛋白,是一种经济有效的处理方法。
Treatment of high-strength syrup wastewater by yeast was studied in this paper, results of the orthogonal optimizing experiments showed that with the technics of cell aeration, under the condition of inoculation amount 20%, temperature 30℃, pH 5.0, treatment time 48 h, the CODcr removal rate of the syrup waster water can reach 94%, and yeast bodies 2.8 g/L(dry weight) were retrieved. This technique is efficient, and moreover it has certain economic benefits by recovering yeast albumen.
