随着网络技术的发展,网络已经成为人们生活的重要组成部分。目前的Internet中传统应用如WWW、Email、FTP等所占的比例越来越低,许多新的应用如P2P、Streaming等对网络带宽的消耗日益增加。网络游戏、网上购物、网上银行等是现代人们享受生活的主要手段。然而全国广电行业的共同弊病是没有足够的Internet出口资源,既要充分保证网络的不同应用又要充分利用既有的网络出口资源,网络的应用识别及控制管理是广电经营宽带上网的必由之路。

With the development of the network technology, the network has become the important part in our lives. The traditional application for example, the WWW, Email and FTP has been less and less, while many new applications like P2P, Streaming and so on are increasing. The network game, the on-line shopping, the on-line bank and so on are the main methods which modern people enjoy their lives. However, the common problem is that we don＇t have enough internet exporting resources. In order to fully guarantee the different applications in network and to use the subsistent internet exporting resources, the network application distinguish and management become necessary in broadcast television management.
