摘要
导弹武器系统(MWS)是一个高可靠性系统,因而可靠性是导弹武器系统的重要性能指标之一,同时也是导弹武器系统效能分析的基础,对其进行系统的考查具有重要意义。由于实物仿真条件的种种限制,计算机仿真方法便成为导弹武器系统可靠性研究的有效途径。首先简要介绍了一种常用的可靠性仿真方法——故障树分析(FTA)法并建立其在系统可靠性仿真中的分析流程,建立了一种导弹武器系统的故障树模型并进行了蒙特卡罗仿真,得到了系统各单元的单元重要度及模式重要度。通过对仿真结果的分析得出了导弹武器系统在使用期对于组成单元的非结构的可靠性调整并不能提高系统整体性能的结论。
Missile weapon system(MWS) is a high reliability system, so the reliability is an important performance index of MWS and also the base of effectiveness analysis for MWS. Because of the limit of the physical simulation,the computer simulation becomes an efficient approach for reliability research of MWS. First the paper introduces a simulation method in common use ---- fault tree analysis (PFA)method in brief , establishes a fault tree analysis (PFA) model of MWS based on FFA method and makes the Monte Carlo simulation, and gets the unit concernment degree and mode concernment degree of the system components. Through analysis of the simulation results a conclusion is got: for the MWS, rectifying the reliability of the system elements with non - configuration would not improve the whole system reliability in use.
