摘要
对反射镜组件力学模型的非线性问题进行了分析。从接触特性,螺钉预紧力、相对滑动趋势三个方面对接触非线性问题进行了论述。对反射镜组件四种工况情况(沿光轴的不同方向的重力载荷、10℃温度水平的温升与温降)进行了线性和非线性求解计算的比较。结果表明,当外界载荷方向发生变化时,接触边界的接触特性、螺钉预紧力对反射镜面形的影响都会发生变化,这些变化在线性计算结果中不能体现,而非线性计算可以真实模拟这些状态。在反射镜组件的工程分析中基于接触非线性分析比线性分析的精度更高,也更接近真实的状态。
The nonlinear problem of the reflector subassembly model is discussed. The contact nonlinear boundary problem is introduced from three aspects: the contact character between the surfaces ,the pretention of the screw and the slippage between the contact surfaces. The comparative analysis of the reflector subassembly between the linear calculating method and the nonlinear calculating method is made based on four cases( Gravity loads along optical axis in different direction and the temperature levels ascend and descend of 10℃). The result indicates when the load di- rection changes, the contact character and the effect of the screw pretension change at the same time. But the change will not be shown in linear analysis result, while nonlinear analysis can better model the change. As a result, nonlinear analysis is more accurate and closer to real system in engineering analysis than linear analysis.
