摘要
医药封装用丁基胶瓶塞代替天然胶瓶塞的使用是当前医药工业发展的需要。针刺落屑率是控制丁基胶瓶塞质量的主要指标之一。影响丁基胶瓶塞针刺落屑率的因素很多，如生产工艺、配方好坏等。本文仅就实验分析过程中遇到的几个主要因素进行了探讨。
By using butyl rubber bottle stoppers to replace NR stoppers for medicine package is the need of present medical industry.Reducing punching fallen scraps ratio is a very important factor for quality control of the stoppers.Besides,the factors also include production technology and compound formulation etc.
