摘要
通过一系列实验研究,探讨了单体、预聚物以及相互比例对UV光油固化膜层柔韧性的影响。结果表明:使用双官能团单体制备的UV光油固化膜层的柔韧性最好;单体分子量越大,制备的UV光油固化膜层的柔韧性越好。预聚物对固化膜层的柔韧性影响更大,在实验使用的五种预聚物中,使用2491制备的UV光油固化膜层柔韧性最好。单体和预聚物的不同配比对柔韧性亦有明显的影响,单体和预聚物要有合适的配比才能使制备的UV光油固化膜层的柔韧性最佳。
The effect of monomers and prepolymers on flexibility of UV curable varnish film is studied through a series of experimentals. The results show that UV curable varnish film prepared by bifunctional monomers has the best performance of flexibility; Prepared by monomers with larger molecular weight, UV curable varnish film has better performance of flexibility; The effect of prepolymers on flexibility of UV curable varnish film is greater, UV curable varnish film prepared by 2491 has the best performance of flexibility in the five prepelymers; The ratios of monomers to prepelymers has obivious effect on flexibility of UV curable varnish film, a right ratio of monomers to prepolymers can preparad a UV curable Varnish film with good flexibility.
