为了充分认识清爽型功能黄酒,从酿造工艺、酒体设计和勾兑工艺两方面介绍了清爽型功能黄酒的概念,并从基酒的酿造技术、酒体设计和勾兑技术、低温冷处理和分级过滤等方面介绍了清爽型功能黄酒的生产酿造技术。
In order to have a full understanding of cooler yellow rice wine, the concept of cooler yellow rice wine is introduced from different aspects such as fermenting technology, wine body design and tempering- down technology. Based on the basic fermenting technology ,wine body design, tempering- down technology,low temperature processing and gradable filtration, the fermenting technology of functional cooler yellow rice wine is introduced in great detail.
