摘要
以大岩桐(Sinningina speciosa)无菌试管苗为试材,进行了叶片愈伤组织诱导培养、试管苗继代增殖培养和试管苗生根培养的对比实验,以求筛选出离体培养的最佳植物生长调节剂组合及其配比。结果表明:叶片愈伤组织诱导培养基以MS+BA1.0mg/L+2.4-D0.1mg/L最有利于愈伤组织生成,而MS+BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L最有利于不定芽生成;试管苗继代增殖最佳组合为:MS+BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L;生根培养最佳配比为:1/2MS+NAA1.0mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L。
The experiment was conducted with the Sinningina speciosa axenic tube plantlets to do the contrastive experiments of the leave's callus inducement, tube planflets' multiplication and root cultivation, to investigate the best combination and match of plant growth hormone in isolated culture, The results showed that the optional mediums were MS+BA 1.0mg/L+2.4-D 0.1mg/L in the leave's callus inducement; MS+BA 1.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L in the adventive buds' formation; MS+BA 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L in the adventive bud; 1/2MS+NAA 1.0mg/L+IBA 0.5mg/L in the root cultivation.
