镍管加热室在烧碱生产中的应用

摘要 选用N6材质作蒸发加热室的换热管代替碳钢管,N6~20g复合板代替碳钢管板,并对其结构进行了相应的改造,通过5年的生产应用证明:由于镍管具有良好的耐腐蚀性能,降铁效果显著,可大大提高液体烧碱质量,与碳钢管加热室相比,不仅每年可节约检修费用27.151万元,还可以使检修工人从繁重的体力劳动中解脱出来。 Material N 6 is selected as heat exchange pipe in evaporative heating chamber instead of carbon steel pipe, and compound plate N 620g instead of tube plate, its structure is reconstructed appropriately. In the past of 5 years, it is demonstrated by the production and use:Nickel pipe has better corrosion resistance performance, the effect of iron drop is remarkable. The quanlity of liquid caustic soda is improved rapidly. Compared with steel heater, it has not only saved repairing amount 271.51 thousand Yuan in every year, but also freed the repairing worker from the heavy physical labour.
