摘要
利用反应与精馏融为一体的反应精馏装置制备高纯度的一氯丙酮。在制备过程中,丙酮全回流并连续地排出产品和氯化氢。实现了反应、精馏同时进行,克服了直接氯化过程中丙酮转化率低,易生成二氯和多氯副产物的问题。该过程简单,易操作。
Highly purified monocloractone was prepared by using the reaction rectification equipment. During the preparation, the products and hydrogen chloride were continuously discharged with full reflux of acetone. The reaction and the rectification were realized simultaneously while the problems, low acetone conversion rate and easily formed by products of monochloride and multi chloride during direct chleridization, could be solved. The reaction rectification process is simple and easily operated.
