摘要
聚丙烯作为一种通用塑料,由于其冲击强度和拉伸强度较低,很大程度上限制了其在工程中的应用。本文综述了共聚、共混、填充、增强等化学和物理方法对PP改性的研究,通过共混改进其低温脆性,提高冲击强度;加入增强剂或填料提高其拉伸强度、硬度,降低成型收缩率,但全面提高聚丙烯的综合性能,须用多组分改性剂共同作用。另外,还介绍了PP改性技术的最新进展。
olypropylene was a extensively used plastics, but the application of PP in engineering was limited considerably by its low tensile strength and impact strength. The modifing PP by copolymerizing, blending, filling and reinforcing methods was reviewed with 24 refrences. By blending its toughness at low temperature was improved and impact strength was enhanced, using reinforcing agents or fillers, PP tensile strength and stiffness could be improved and its molding contraction percentage decreased. But the coordination of compound modificars was applied for improving the overall propertised of PP. In addition the progresses of new modification of PP were introduced.
